  • Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached and in a resalable condition. Any items returned without the original packaging or showing signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.

2. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt for your records. FEZZACA is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit.

3. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exclusions:

  • Certain items, such as lingerie, swimwear, and earrings, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
